Returns/Refund Policy:
We accept returns for defective merchandise only. Please see the contact us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items that have been used cannot be returned for any reason. Refunds are for the cost of the items only, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns must be sent via a traceable method. If a return is not sent via a traceable method and we do not receive it; we will not be held responsible for the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, because of typographical or other technical errors. At this time, we do not accept any international orders.

Cancellation Policy:
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel by contacting us via email. Please see the contact us page. Orders are shipped same day from March 1st through August 31st, and within 1 business day during other months of the year.

In the event of any dispute concerning the use of this website or any order placed on this website, you and PimpSuits.com consent to and agree that any state or federal court in Hennepin County, Minnesota shall have personal and subject matter jurisdiction over you and this Agreement; that Minnesota has the most significant contacts with the use of this website, to the exclusion of any other state; and that any legal dispute brought by either of us relating to the use of this website will be instituted in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
